Wrexham Candy Carts Terms & Conditions
Hiring of the carts and accessories.

Bookings are only confirmed after completion of a booking form for candy cart hire complete with the relevant deposit. Once payment has cleared, the date of your event will be reserved. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to the event taking place. If the balance remains unpaid after this date, it will be presumed that the booking is cancelled and it will be within Wrexham Candy carts rights to give that date to another customer.
Pricing

Wrexham candy carts reserve the right to change our prices at any time but once an order has been confirmed and booked your price will remain the same as per your booking form agreement. The prices shown on this website are for the areas listed and outside of these areas will incur an additional mileage fee which will be included in the customers booking.
We require a non-refundable deposit of 20% to secure your booking. The full balance must be paid no later than one month prior to the event. We accept payment in cash or paypal.
Damages
​
A £50 deposit is required with your final balance payment. This is requested to make sure there are no breakages, lost items or any damage to the cart by any person other than Wrexham candy cart’s team members. This will be
Refunded within 7 days after we have checked all the glassware and nothing is damaged or missing. In the unlikely event that there are damages, we will notify you as soon as possible and deduct the required amount off the total refund. Your liability for damage or loss of equipment and/or loss of trade is not restricted to the breakage deposit; if the cart or glassware is extremely damaged we are within our rights to send you an invoice for the repair of such items.
Cancellation Charges

Any cancellations will result in the loss of your booking deposit. If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to your event you will be expected to pay 50% of the total cost. If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to your event you will be expected to pay 100% of the total cost. If for any unlikely reason we have to cancel the booking, any payment made will be fully refunded immediately. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that, under no circumstances is the

Cart care.
For decorative use only and therefore could result in the cart cracking. Children need to be supervised around the cart at all times to avoid any injury to themselves. Under no circumstances should drinks or vases of flowers be placed on the cart. As the cart is made of a porous material, if liquid were to spill, it would result in allot of damage. If using your own decorations please do not use any pins, glue, sticky tape etc. to attach onto the cart. We can provide you with suitable attachments to hold your items in place if required. Any damage incurred through using unsuitable materials will result in loss of breakage deposit and may incur further charges.
Allergies and Health & Safety

Please note that some of the sweets may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils; or may have been made alongside other products containing nuts. Wrexham candyCarts cannot be deemed liable should any guests at your function take an allergic reaction to any sweets provided at your event. Ingredients of all the sweets will be provided discreetly for your guests to view should they so wish and any sweets containing nuts will be clearly labelled. Should any of your guests have a nut allergy or similar please notify us and we will try our very best to provide an alternative for such guests. If an alternative cannot be
Provided it is the customer’s responsibility to notify their guests.
Children
Children should be supervised when choosing sweeties as not all the sweets may be suitable for smaller guests and may pose a possible choking hazard. It is important that children are not allowed to play on or around the cart as this may lead to damage to the cart and equipment. WrexhamCandy Carts cannot be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of any equipment, consumables or the consumption of any confectionery left with you at the event location.
Promotional Material

WrexhamCandyCarts have permission to take photographs of the cart at your event and use them for promotional purposes. If you are not happy with this, please let us know before
